We know many of you are dreaming about your next Boston getaway. At The Envoy Hotel, we\u2019re committed to providing you with a safe and enjoyable stay through our Rest Assured\u2122 program<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This program was created to ensure we open and operate responsibly, while carefully considering the safety guidelines laid out by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)<\/a><\/strong>, World Health Organization (WHO)<\/a><\/strong>, and local state agencies.<\/p>\n

With our Rest Assured\u2122 practices, we aim to meet your needs in today\u2019s travel climate. As part of that, our associates have been thoroughly trained to implement program procedures on property. You\u2019ll see associates wearing special pins indicating their commitment to the program and the training they\u2019ve undergone.<\/p>\n

Most importantly, this program is built to serve you\u2014our guests. We\u2019ve carefully considered your needs and preferences and adjusted our practices based on feedback and survey results.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re proud of what we\u2019ve created and are happy to see that in our survey of travelers, over 90% of respondents indicated that they feel confident staying with us, given our commitment to safety through the Rest Assured\u2122 program.<\/p>\n

Social Distancing Measures<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

We know that 88% of travelers feel that social distancing measures are very or somewhat important. That\u2019s why we\u2019ve added signage throughout our hotels to remind guests of social distancing guidelines. We\u2019ve also added plexiglass partitions at the front desk to improve the check in experience and are offering opportunities for contactless check in and check out.<\/p>\n

Safety & Cleaning Procedures<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Hand sanitizer has been placed throughout our hotel (which 34% of surveyed travelers indicated they\u2019d expect to be provided with), alongside signage mandating  guests and staff members to use a  face covering (the hotel is supplying reusable masks) and frequently wash their hands. All associates are also required to wear the appropriate safety gear and equipment so they can deliver top-notch service to you in the safest manner.<\/p>\n

As part of our expanded cleaning services, we have also increased the frequency at which we clean high-touch areas throughout our public spaces and in guestrooms. Our staff uses the highest quality EPA-approved disinfectant\u2014alongside advanced cleaning techniques that use UV light technology and HEPA filtration\u2014to ensure our spaces remain clean and safe for you to use.<\/p>\n
