Savor Seaport
As a first-generation Cuban-American from Miami, Tatiana Rosana draws inspiration from her heritage and family’s love of food. A Le Cordon Bleu graduate, she leads Para Maria at The Envoy Hotel, dedicated to her grandmother.
Beyond The Envoy, she frequently appears on Bar Rescue, Good Morning America, and The Today Show. Her accolades include FSR Magazine’s “Rising Stars of the Industry” and the MRA’s “Manager of the Year” and “Innovative Restaurant Concept of the Year.” A two-time Chopped champion, she has also competed on Beat Bobby Flay and Guy’s Grocery Games.
Still, her greatest joy is cooking at home with her wife and their four-year-old son, Arlo—an aspiring "chef" in his own right.
Helmed by Cuban-American Chef Tatiana Rosana—Bar Rescue expert and two-time Chopped champion, Para Maria brings Latin-inspired comfort food with global flair to the heart of Boston’s Seaport.
This is more than a restaurant, it’s a scene with a vibrant mix of bold flavors, golden hour cocktails, and a patio that buzzes with energy. The menu surprises at every turn with dishes like sweet shrimp ceviche and kimchi hot dogs to reimagined lobster rolls and always-necessary guac.
Come for the comfort food, stay for the vibe. This is your new favorite gathering spot.
